  • Usage data: stores you add, variants you track, and how you interact with the dashboard.
  • Payment data: billing information processed by our payment provider. We do not store card details.
  • Log data: IP addresses, browser type, and access timestamps for security and debugging purposes.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the Snoooper service.
  • To authenticate your account and maintain security.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send transactional emails (alerts, billing receipts, service notices).
  • To improve the product using aggregated, anonymised usage data.

4. Data we crawl

As part of the service, Snoooper crawls publicly accessible Shopify storefronts on your behalf. This data (product names, variant inventory levels, prices) is publicly visible to any internet user. We do not access private store data, admin panels, or any information that requires authentication.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service providers necessary to operate Snoooper (authentication, payments, hosting, database).
  • Law enforcement or regulators where required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Inventory snapshot data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request.
